Phase 2 - Mobile
The “OPS”, or Ontario Public Service, is a division of the Ontario provincial government, providing services directly to its citizens. To help fulfill that role, employees rely upon an internal web portal for ordering products and services... In essence, an internalized “Amazon” previously known as SODO (Service Order Desk Online).This work represents a Phase 2 mobile-first effort with refined components and fully responsive grid. In Phase 1 (posted in the portfolio area) we established a near 0-1 redesign of the legacy desktop portal, for which a case study is provided. Phase 2 was a return to the product several years later to finish up what had to be left on the cutting room floor to meet the previous release date.
