About

Welcome to GrantUX.com, the UX home of Paul Grant.

GrantUX reflects over a decade of hands-on experience in UI, UX, CX, and system design — most recently as UX Team Lead and Manager at Netomi, where I led design for a no-code AI chatbot platform serving enterprise clients across multiple channels.

My work also spans Rogers / Fido, Ontario Public Service (OPS), and Genesys, with a focus on intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and seamless user flows.

Originally a focused extension of www.PaulGrantDesigns.com, GrantUX highlights my specialization in digital product design, conversational AI, and team leadership within fast-moving tech environments.

Design has always been core to who I am — sparked by my father’s architectural and mechanical books. I spent early years sketching ideas, initially drawn to architecture, but eventually guided into Graphic Design. That foundation naturally evolved into system thinking, product strategy, and user experience leadership.

Some of my personal interests are...

Coffee, board games, video games, creative problem solving, home renovation, sketching, online news, podcasts, mobile, youtube instructional videos, sci-fi and action movies, burger joints, the game of politics, Apple, photography, hockey playoffs, pyramids, Chinese food, BBQ, being a night owl, eclectic musical tastes, spiritual pursuits, travel, technology, bicycles, learning, adapting, self expression, random drives, hidden mysteries.
