Genesys - Live Chat
Netomi’s Agentic Studio enables enterprise organizations to build, test, deploy, and manage conversational AI agents across chat, voice, and email. I joined in early 2022 and spent 3+ years establishing the company’s UX foundations as a Lead and Manager, mentoring up to five designers. The card stacks outline my management journey and key product achievements.
Due to an NDA, I can’t share samples online, not even behind a key, but I can provide an overview deck covering a brief career retrospective, my management and product impact at Netomi, and a snapshot of my ongoing AI exploration post-Netomi. Please reach out if you need anything further.

Genesys - Live Chat
During the transition from on-premise to a cloud-based subscription model, Genesys developed a suite of advanced communication tools (referred to as "widgets"), and I played a defining role in their Live Chat design.
When I joined the Widgets product, some rough development had already started from a basic concept. I refined the UI, designed UX flows for new features, and audited existing Genesys tools while researching popular 3rd-party chat apps. From there, I created low- and high-fidelity flows in Sketch, then built interactive mobile and desktop prototypes in MarvelApp for testing.
